2016年委託國立成功大學品質與創新研究中心,檢測CO及HC降低成效分析報告 This study aims at the universal exhaust emission standard (CO, HC), and discusses the effect of the waste reduction product on CO and HC reduction on motorcycle & vechicles. (Center for Quality and Innovation, NCKU)

本研究收集1990年到2016年出廠之汽車,並依其每年平均行駛公里數分類。使用前及使用後,均至經認證之汽車檢驗廠進行廢氣排放檢測,檢測程序及檢測儀器之精度/準度均符合一般要求。 This study collects the vehicles exworks during 1990 to 2016 and classifies them according to annual average kilometrage. The exhaust emissions were tested by the certified vehicle inspection services before and after the use. The testing procedure and the precision/accuracy of testing instruments meet general requirements.

測試結果與分析 Results and Discussion:
CO排放之改善在該車輛年平均里程為多時效果最佳。代表著在面對車輛行駛里程多的車況,具有顯著大幅改善效果。The use of SmartPower has the significant effect on CO emission, the annual average kilometrage has significant impact, and the vehicle’s condition has no significant effect. The SmartPower has significant effect on reducing the CO value of motor vehicles.

 

 

CO排放的改善在新車較佳,透過該品項的使用,我們會發現該品項對於新車改善CO數值幅度比老車改善CO數值幅度較佳。由於新車的引擎燃燒效率的設計會比起舊車好,只要車況維持在正常的情形下,新車燃燒效率會優於舊車,因此新車添加該品項後的改善成果會優於舊車。The improvement of CO emission, the effect is the best when the vehicle has a large annual average kilometrage. It means the Engine Wizard improving the condition of the vehicles with large running kilometrage significantly.

綜合上述統計結果顯示,本研究所探討之引擎添加劑該品項對不同情況之車輛 (車輛新舊、年平均里程數),於 CO、 HC 廢氣排放之改善,均有顯著成效。To sum up our findings, the Engine Wizard has significant effect on improving the CO and HC exhaust emission from the vehicles in different conditions.

2017年委託成大能策中心,針對已行駛機油使用前後引擎性能與排汙成效分析報告Engine Performance and Emissions of Engine Oil Used BeforeAfter Using Engine Oil Additive( Research Center for Energy Tech cory and Strategy, NCKU) 

本測試所採用的實驗機油(行駛6968.9km的5W30機油)來源是向本中心總工程師所駕駛的汽車進行回收。本實驗共為使用本公司生產之機油添加劑添加至已行駛6968.9km機油前/後,進行2組試驗分別為對照組(使用已行駛6968.9km機油且未添加機油添加劑)實驗與應用組(使用已行駛6968.9km機油並添加添加劑,且添加後進行以3000rpm運轉30分鐘)實驗,每組試驗將取三種引擎轉速(2500rpm、3500rpm與4500rpm)搭配三種引擎負載(20%、40%與60%)共九筆數據,待2種的實驗完成後將共獲得十八筆數據後進行數據處理與分析。The engine oil used for the test (5W30 engine oil used for 6968.9km) was collected from the car of this research center’s chief engineer. The engine oil that was used for 6968.9km is tested before/after adding the engine oil additive of SmartPower. Tests are performed on two groups, the control group (the engine oil additive is added to the engine oil that was used for 6968.9km) and the experimental group (the engine oil additive is not added to the engine oil that was used for 6968.9km, and the engine was run at 3,000 rpm for 30 minutes). Each group is tested at three engine speeds (2,500rpm, 3,500rpm and 4,500rpm) and three engine loads (20%, 40% and 60%) with a total of nine entries of data. The 18 entries of data for the two groups are then processed and analyzed.

測試結果與分析 Results and Discussion:

1、轉速與耗能測試 BSFC at different engine speeds (RPM)

可知已行駛 6968.9km 的機油添加機油添加劑前/後的比燃油消耗(BSFC),在大多數的轉速下是有改善情況,以 60%負載-轉速 3500RPM 的條件下達到 7.36%與 40%負載-轉速 2500RPM 條件下達5.16%;表現較差的條件為 2500RPM 負載 60%,但總體而言使用機油添加劑後在低中轉速下比燃油消耗(BSFC)是有改善的。BSFC improved at most engine speeds after adding the engine oil additive of Amazing Century, improving by 7.36% at 60% load at 3,500RPM, and improving by 5.16% at 40% load at 2,500RPM. Its performance was relatively poor at 60% load at 2,500RPM, but overall BSFC improved at middle to low engine speeds after adding the engine oil additive.

2、轉速與輸出功率測試Average power variation at different engine speeds (RPM) 
表示引擎於不同轉速(RPM)在不同負載下比較已行駛6968.9km的機油添加機油添加劑之前與之後對輸出功率的影響與平均變化率,由圖中可得知其在引擎測試的各轉速下輸出功率有較佳表現,最大改善率在 2500RPM-負載 40%時達到 11.18%。Power and average variation improved at all engine speeds, in which the greatest improvement reached 11.18% at 2500RPM and 40% load.
